Payment Options
Annual Membership
Members can elect to select our annual membership option. Annual memberships are paid in full at the time of registration and expire 1-year from the date of payment.
Monthly Checking & Credit Card Draft
- Monthly draft is a payment plan that allows a member to pay for their membership on a perpetual basis in equal, monthly payments that are automatically deducted from a checking account or credit card.
- Automatic monthly payments are drafted automatically on the 5th of each month unless the 5th is a holiday or weekend. In this case, the payment is drafted on the next business day.
- Members will be given a 30-day written notification in the case of a fee increase.
- Members who wish to make a change to the credit card or checking account that is being drafted must provide the Welcome Center with the new information on or before the last day of the month preceding the next draft.
- Draft memberships are continuous and do not expire. You may cancel your perpetual membership at any time by providing the YMCA with written notification no later than 30 days in advance of final draft date.
Credit & Refund Policy
Refunds are not offered for classes, programs, or memberships. Requests for credit will be considered when four (4) or more classes within a program session have been missed due to illness. Credit requests must be in writing and accompanied by a dated doctor’s note covering the date of the absence. Classes cancelled due to weather-related emergency closings will not be rescheduled. Request for refund or credit will be subject to a $10 processing fee. A $10 fee will be assessed to any transferring of a class.
