Combining the support of small team high energy workouts, coaching sessions devoted to healthy eating and building your fitness I.Q. for sustainable positive change.

In addition to the dozens of exercise classes already available to all members, you will participate in 4 exclusive TeamWorks! classes where you build your skills and fitness at the same time! $125/8 week session

Class Tracks Include:

STUDY HALL AT THE Y!

Bring your HOMEWORK and your WORKOUT GEAR. After a 15 minute ACTIVITY WARMEUP our TRAINED Y staff will help your student settle in and keep them on task working on their homework while you workout.
Study Hall will run for the 8 WEEK winter session. Participants may choose Monday, Wednesday, or both days at a reduced rate.

Saturday, September 22 is National Falls Prevention Awareness Day and The Gateway Family YMCA is joining the National Council on Aging (NCOA) and the Falls Free Coalition to help raise awareness and prevention of falls in the community.
